We are planning next year's social outings and would be grateful if you could let us know what type of trips and shows you would be interested in.

If you are interested in any of our social events please contact us for more details or to add your name to the list.

Please note that a £10 non-refundable deposit will be collected for all trips. This is because of the large number of last minute cancellations which has resulted in us losing money on planned visits.

PAYMENTS AT THE MEETING - PLEASE READ!!!!!

We appreciate that there are often long queues when you are trying to pay for trips at the meeting. If you prefer you can put your cheque in an envelope and put it in a box at the desk rather than queue. Cheques must be correctly addressed and the name of the trip written on the back. If you are paying for somebody other than yourself and your spouse please put the details on the envelope.

Payments may be made by card, cash or cheques at the monthly General Meetings. Cheque payments should be made payable to

(If cheques are not made out correctly they have to be amended by the member and this is causing unnecessary delays)

We aim to make our tours accessible to all our members but if you have any mobility problems please speak to us and we can check if the trip is suitable for your circumstances.

FUTURE TRIPS

As always our trips can only go ahead if there are enough people to make it financially viable.

This has become necessary because of the large number of last minute cancellations which has resulted in us losing money on planned trips.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SOCIAL EXCURSIONS

Should a member have to cancel an excursion for any reason, every endeavour will be made to re-sell the ticket and coach fare to reimburse the member, but this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore a refund is not always possible.
